HOW TO USE:

Toner – After cleansing, shake and spray the Oil Control Toner 3-5 times. Gently wipe with a cotton pad or simply pat onto the skin.

Mist – Whenever feels necessary, shake and spray the Oil Control Toner 3-5 times. Gently pat onto skin.
